Established financial services group headquartered in Paarl, Western Cape, providing specialized money transfer, spending, exchange, and treasury solutions is seeking a Client Experience Manager to join the team! Responsibilities · Stakeholder Engagement · Client Retention · Operational Efficiency · Process Documentation · Reporting · Training & Development · Negotiations · Revenue Generation Requirements · Minimum 3 years' experience in the foreign exchange (FX) sector · Industry-related qualifications such as RE5 (Representative) and RE1 (Key Individual) · Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
