Claims Assessor

A leading organisation in the automotive industry is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Assessor to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and processing claims, verifying supporting documentation, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that claims are evaluated accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
✅ Matric certificate; a relevant post-school qualification will be advantageous.
✅Previous experience in claims assessment, claims administration, warranty claims, or a similar role.
✅Experience within the automotive industry will be highly advantageous.
✅Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
✅Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
✅Good written and verbal communication skills.
✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with claims management systems.
