Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of complex structural engineering projects while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Manage project planning, technical reviews, and construction support activities. Oversee quality assurance processes, mentor junior team members, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and provide specialist structural engineering expertise across multidisciplinary projects within an industrial environment. Job Experience and Skills Required: Tech Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional ECSA Registration (Pr Tech Eng or equivalent). Minimum 8 years' structural engineering experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, defence, or heavy engineering environments. Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel and reinforced concrete design, and applicable engineering codes and standards. Proficiency in Prokon, Robot Structural Analysis, Tekla Structures, Revit, and AutoCAD.
