IZI South Africa is currently seeking highly organized Cash Processing Teller to join our team in the Vryburg branch. This role is ideally suited for ambitious individuals with a strong aptitude for numerical tasks and a steadfast commitment to operational safety and security. Position Overview The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage the distribution of all cash containers and bags. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate counting, balancing, packing, and reconciliation of customer currency in accordance with established protocols. Key Responsibilities • Process Funds: Receive, sort, verify, and balance bulk cash, coins, and customer deposits. • Operate Equipment: Run high-speed currency processing machinery efficiently. • Maintain Accuracy: Ensure precise receipting, system documentation, and information validation. • Report Discrepancies: Identify and immediately escalate cash differences to supervisors. • Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all workplace health, safety, and security protocols. Minimum Qualifications, Requirements and Experience • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting. • 1-3 years experience in a teller or cash-handling environment preferred. • Basic financial knowledge, computer literacy, and strong communication skills. • Ability to lift and move heavy cash containers and trolleys. • Flexibility & willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and under high-pressure conditions. • Applicants must have a clear criminal and credit record. • Must not be a registered director of any business.
