An intimate bush camp is seeking a hands-on and dependable CAMP MANAGER to oversee its daily operation and guest experience.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate is a practical all-rounder who leads from the front, from welcoming guests to keeping the kitchen running with simple, well-prepared meals. This role suits someone who is self-driven and comfortable in a remote, small-team environment. Core Criteria: Previous experience as a Camp Manager or in a similar lodge management role Ability to prepare simple, good-quality meals Strong guest service and communication skills Working knowledge of stock control and basic administration Ability to lead and motivate a small team Reliable, responsible and able to work independently in a remote setting Flexible and willing to step in wherever needed Drivers licence Candidate Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the camp Welcome guests and ensure a warm, memorable stay Prepare and present simple, wholesome meals Manage, guide and support the camp team Conduct regular stock takes and manage ordering Maintain housekeeping, hygiene and general camp standards Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs Handle basic administrative duties Step in across the operation as required This is a live-in position
