Minimum requirements: As a Caller, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
