POSITION INFO:
Mechanical Draughtsman Pretoria-East Qualifications: Minimum of a professional draughting certificate. 1-3 years of drafting experience in the Mechanical draughting field. Must be willing to draw components and military vehicles. Onshape or SolidWorks preferred, or a relevant 3D CAD package. Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: Design and Draughting- interfaces with Mechanical Designer or Senior Design Engineer. Prepare Solid Models of components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies, using the business file structure guidelines and numbering protocol. Prepare detailed layout and manufacturing drawings of components and assemblies. Production support, capturing of red-line drawings during the building and prototype phase.
