POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a self-motivated and driven Buyer to be responsible for sourcing and managing components, driving localisation, cost competitiveness, and production continuity.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source components and manage RFQs, quotations, and negotiations Drive cost reduction and benchmark pricing. Present sourcing decisions to committees. Manage supplier readiness, capacity, and tooling. Implement engineering changes on time. Support production, quality, and logistics issues.   Minimum Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, Commerce, Finance, Business Management or a technical qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Quality, Operations or Production Management).        Have a minimum of 3 years purchasing experience in the automotive or supplier industry.   Technical Competencies: ·         Strong experience in Production Components, Electrical harness experience and technical data knowledge ·         Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills ·         Effective communication and presentation abilities across all levels ·         Advanced computer literacy, especially MS Excel ·         Good understanding of financial analysis, costing, and business/project management ·         Strong customer interaction skills
