Business Process Manager (FMCG / Retail / Wholesale / Distribution / Logistics / Supply Chain experience)

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to drive process excellence across a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.

This is a key role for someone who can look beyond individual processes, understand the bigger picture and turn business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and continuously improve the organisation's BPM framework and methodology Lead the mapping and documentation of end-to-end business processes Develop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps Identify inefficiencies, duplication, bottlenecks and control weaknesses Facilitate root-cause analysis and process improvement workshops Design and implement improved, practical and scalable processes Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs and supporting documentation Work closely with IT, Data & Systems teams on technology-enabled process improvements Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements Participate in solution design and UAT where relevant Lead and support cross-functional business improvement and transformation initiatives Establish KPIs and measure the benefits of process improvements Identify and manage process risks, controls and compliance requirements Support change implementation, training and adoption of redesigned processes Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence across functions Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have: A relevant Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Analysis, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field 7-10 years' relevant experience in Business Process Management, Business Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis or Transformation At least 3 years' experience at senior specialist, lead or management level Proven experience mapping and redesigning complex end-to-end business processes Strong cross-functional process improvement experience Experience implementing process changes within complex operational environments Experience working with technology\/system teams on process-enabled changes Experience defining and measuring process performance and improvement benefits Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience with S&OP principles and methodologies ADVANTAGEOUS Postgraduate qualification in Business, Operations or a related field Lean \/ Six Sigma qualification or experience Business Analysis, BPM or Process Management qualification Project Management qualification or certification Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, Signavio or similar process mapping tools Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, MS Project or similar Strong Microsoft 365 and data analysis skills Experience within FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution, logistics or supply chain Multi-site operational experience Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS and other operational systems Experience with process automation and digital workflow solutions **ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED**
