The primary purpose of the role is to lead end-to-end management, governance, adoption and continuous improvement of Medihelp's Service Desk platform, ensuring it remains stable, secure, compliant, scalable and aligned with the service operating model. The role integrates people, processes, data and technology to translate business requirements into sustainable platform solutions, drive operational efficiency and automation, strengthen service delivery, and deliver measurable business value through effective stakeholder engagement, change management and benefits realisation. REQUIREMENTS BEng. BSc Engineering or BTech degree inIndustrial Engineering. Five years of relevant experience in industrialengineering, business process optimisation,business analysis, and systems implementation. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root-causeanalysis, process mapping\/BPMN, processmeasurements and capacity analysis. Proven experience in implementing,administering, or functionally owning enterpriseSaaS, customer experience, service desk orworkflow platforms will be an advantage. KEY COMPETENCIES Proficiency in enterprise workflow, servicemanagement or customer experienceplatforms. Strong Excel and Power BI skills. Proficiency in process modeling tools suchas Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart or Miro. Ability to lead work streams. High integrity, confidentiality andgovernance mindset.
