Hybrid role | Paarl | Reports to a management team Our client, a fintech business, is seeking a Sales Business Developer to lead product introduction and sales activity with warm leads in the financial advisory market. This hybrid role in Paarl is for someone who thrives in direct client engagement, owns the sales process, and can build lasting client relationships through confident product demonstration and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities Introduce the fintech product to warm leads via product demonstrations and consultative conversations. Identify, research and qualify new lead opportunities in the independent financial adviser (IFA) market. Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales process to close. Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the CRM system. Refine sales messaging and positioning in collaboration with the broader team to improve conversion. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to qualified prospects. As you settle in, explore scope to expand into prospecting and lead generation activity. Requirements Genuine interest in the fintech or financial services sector. Confident communication in both English and Afrikaans. Track record of direct client-facing sales or business development work. Comfort with CRM systems and accurate record-keeping. Drive to pick up the phone and move sales conversations forward. Ability to present complex products clearly and persuasively to prospects.
