POSITION INFO:
A leading logistics provider is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge operations, systems, finance, IT, and business stakeholders. The role focuses on analysing processes, identifying gaps, and translating requirements into data‑driven solutions that improve service, cost, productivity, and decision‑making. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder engagement & requirements documentation (BRDs, functional specs) Business process analysis, mapping, and improvement initiatives Systems & data analysis (TMS, WMS, ERP, BI tools) Solution design, testing, and implementation support Business intelligence dashboards (Power BI, Azure SQL, Fabric) Continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving Project & change management support Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or Business Analysis 2-3 years business analysis experience in logistics\/supply chain Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and BI tools Proficiency in Power BI, SQL basics, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with OPSI\/TRAMM, TMS routing, and ERP systems advantageous Attributes: Analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative with strong communication skills. Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and support continuous improvement.
