JOB SPECIFICATION Bulk Call Centre Recruiter URGENT Hiring urgently: 3 positions available on a 3-month contract Company Isilumko Positions 3 Contract 3-month contract Location Bryanston Work model In Office Start date ASAP Role Summary Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Bulk Call Centre Recruiter for an urgent 3-month contract assignment. The successful candidates will deliver high volumes of quality call centre candidates against tight deadlines, applying strong attention to detail throughout the recruitment process and bringing an established, ready candidate pipeline from day one. Key Responsibilities Sourcing: High-volume call centre sourcing. Screening: Telephonic screening and shortlisting of candidates. Interviews: Booking and coordinating interview days. Deadlines: Meeting tight submission deadlines. Pipeline: Building and maintaining a ready candidate pipeline. Administration: Accurate ATS and tracker admin and record-keeping. Communication: Clear, timely communication with candidates and clients. Compliance: POPIA-compliant handling of candidate data. Minimum Requirements Matric (a relevant qualification will be advantageous). Approximately 2+ years of proven bulk/volume recruitment experience, ideally for call or contact centres. Experience using job boards, including LinkedIn, PNet and Careers24. Computer literate, including Excel and an applicant tracking system (ATS). Own transport .
