Job Description

• Broker / Leasing Agent required  for facilitating transactions between the company and prospective tenants.  

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients 
• Negotiating terms and conditions of sales or leases to secure the best possible deals.
• Managing all aspects of the transaction process

• 5+ yrs Broker / Leasing experience
• Matric
• Proven track record
• Recognised certification in brokerage or real estate (NQF Level 4, SAQA-recognised qualifications).
• Must be in possession of a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
• Own vehicle and drivers license
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client requirements.
