BROILER FARM MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Magaliesburg Area, Gauteng Province – South Africa: Seeking an experienced, responsible, and hands-on Broiler Farm Manager to oversee the overall operation and management of the broiler farm.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years' experience in broiler farming. Proven experience in farm and staff management. Good organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage farm operations independently KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Oversee the overall daily operations of the farm. Ensure proper management and maintenance of all farm equipment and chicken houses. Monitor chicken house conditions and ensure proper broiler management practices. Supervise, manage, and coordinate farm staff. Manage staff attendance, wages, and related wage records. Ensure accurate farm bookings, records, and reporting.
