Brand Marketing Manager - Real Estate

• A prominent and well-established real estate and property group is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join its Pretoria-based marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, the successful candidate will execute marketing initiatives, drive brand campaigns and customer engagement, and support the broader marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong campaign execution, stakeholder management and project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing projects from inception through to completion.
• Support execution across digital, traditional and experiential channels.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviour and demand.
• Monitor competitor activity and broader market trends.
• Work closely with sales and commercial teams to support market positioning.

Brand Management

• Support consistent brand identity and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening brand awareness and engagement.

Campaign & Content Development

• Execute advertising and promotional campaigns under the guidance of senior marketing leadership.
• Manage content marketing and social media activity.
• Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking

• Assist with tracking marketing budgets and expenditure against forecasts.
• Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Compile regular performance reports for senior marketing leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Support the wider marketing team in achieving shared objectives.

Events

• Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows and key industry events.
• Assist with the coordination of marketing requirements surrounding events and activations.

Innovation & Growth

• Stay up to date with marketing trends, technologies and emerging channels.
• Contribute ideas for new market segments, campaigns and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3–5 years' experience in a marketing role.
• Experience within real estate, property, financial services or a related services environment would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and content marketing.
• Working knowledge of marketing budgets, reporting and performance metrics.
