The Role: Body Corporate Claims Handler This senior role exists to handle claims operations for the Johannesburg branch . The position contributes to business operations by processing body corporate claims and working on claims management systems . The primary focus areas involve administering body corporate claims while upholding NQF4, RE, and COB qualification standards . Key Responsibilities Manage and process body corporate insurance claims with 3 to 5 years of experience . Maintain regulatory and professional standards across claims handling in line with NQF4, RE, and COB requirements . Operate electronic claims management systems to capture and track claim information . Utilize MMX claims software where applicable to support claims administration . About You 3 to 5 years of experience in Body Corporate Claims Fully qualified with NQF4, RE, and COB Previous experience working on a claims system Relevant body corporate experience suitable for a senior position MMX experience (preferred)
