POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Coordinate process plant, piping, mechanical, structural, civil, electrical and instrumentation models Develop and maintain federated multidisciplinary models Conduct clash detection and manage clash-resolution workflows Coordinate equipment, piping, access, maintenance, structural and building interfaces Facilitate BIM coordination and model-review meetings Manage model structures, naming conventions and revision requirements Review models for completeness, constructability and compliance Support drawing extraction, quantities and construction deliverables Manage model exchanges through the common data environment Support brownfield surveys, model updates and as-built information Maintain BIM standards and model-quality controls Minimum Requirements Relevant BIM, draughting, engineering or construction qualification At least 10 years of design or BIM experience Proven multidisciplinary industrial BIM coordination Advanced Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD capability Experience with federated models and clash detection Understanding of industrial plant and piping interfaces Advantageous Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Tekla Structures or Autodesk Construction Cloud ISO 19650 knowledge Chemical, petrochemical, mining, nuclear or EPC project experience Laser scanning or point-cloud coordination exposure For more information, contact: Siphelele Mzongwana Recruitment Consultant 📧 🔗 If you have not received a response within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
