POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis Support strategic business decisions with actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with data engineering and technical teams on data solutions Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility across the organisation Monitor business performance metrics and provide ongoing analytical support Job Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions Ability to analyse trends, identify insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is advantageous Strong communication and stakeholder management skill This is an opportunity to join our talent pool and be considered for future opportunities with leading organisations across South Africa.
