POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Sales certificate or related qualification advantageous 1-3 years' retail sales experience Battery fitment experience essential Computer literate Good communication and customer service skills Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers with battery and related product sales Perform battery testing, replacement and fitment Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers Process sales, quotations and customer transactions accurately Promote current specials and new products Assist with stock control, stock rotation and replenishment Ensure shelves and displays are neat and well-stocked Handle customer queries, returns and claims professionally Maintain excellent customer service standards Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards Skills And Competencies Customer focused Sales driven Good communication skills Problem-solving ability Attention to detail Organised and reliable Team player Ability to work under pressure Personal Attributes Honest and trustworthy Professional and presentable Positive attitude Self-motivated Energetic and proactive Passionate about customer service Salary: Market related
