Barman & Barista

• Wine Estate based in the Somerset West area is seeking a friendly & skilled Barman & Barista to prepare quality beverages and provide attentive guest service.

• Prepare coffees, teas and other hot beverages.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Take accurate orders and process transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu and recommend suitable options.
• Keep the bar and coffee station clean and stocked.
• Monitor stock, assist with counts and minimise waste.
• Clean equipment and report faults.
• Follow hygiene standards and responsible alcohol-service procedures.

• Previous bar and barista experience.
• Knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing.
• Familiarity with wines, spirits and beverage service.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience using a POS system.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
