Busy Pub and Restaurant is seeking a highly experienced Bar Manager to handle all day-to-day bar operations, manages beverage inventory, and ensures profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities ·         Daily Operations: Oversee bar opening and closing procedures, monitor service flow, and handle customer feedback or complaints promptly. ·         Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule bartenders and bar backs; conduct pre-shift briefings. ·         Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, manage ordering and deliveries, build vendor relationships, and minimize waste. ·         Financial Performance: Track daily sales, manage cash handling and registers, assist with payroll preparation, and support budget targets. ·         Compliance & Safety: Enforce local liquor licensing laws, health and hygiene regulations, and responsible beverage service. ·         Menu & Promotions: Collaborate on beverage programs, craft cocktail menus, and promote special events or seasonal offerings.   Qualifications & Skills ·         2 to 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced hospitality or high-volume bar\/restaurant environment. ·         Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, multitasking, and communication abilities. ·         Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and basic math\/accounting practices. ·         Alcohol service certification will be an advantage
