SUMMARY:
Location:  Cape Town
An established motor dealership is seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join its service department. The ideal candidate must have strong diagnostic and repair skills, a solid technical background, and proven experience working with Stellantis vehicle brands.

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Relevant Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician.
• Previous Stellantis brand experience is essential.
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
• Brand or dealer training certificates will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Diagnose mechanical and technical faults accurately and efficiently. Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential repair requirements. Use diagnostic equipment and specialised tools effectively. Complete repairs within required timeframes and maintain high workmanship standards. Identify and report additional repair requirements. Complete job cards and service records accurately. Comply with workshop safety procedures and manufacturer quality standards. Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient workshop operations and customer satisfaction.
