Assistant Store Manager - Naas Job Description Industry: Retail - Supermarket Location: Naas, Nkomazi, Mpumalanga Salary: Market-related Job Purpose A well-established supermarket in Naas is seeking an Assistant Manager (from the local community) to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, customer service, sales growth, and stock control. This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong retail background. Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily running, compliance, and maintenance. Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate department managers and staff. Customer Service: Maintain high service standards and resolve issues promptly. Sales and Profitability: Aid in achieving sales targets, promotions, and expense control. Stock Control: Oversee stock levels, rotation, and loss prevention strategies. Administration: Complete required reports and maintain accurate records.
