Responsibilities
- Management Silo vs. Budget;
- Staff management;
- Customer Service Management;
- Ensure sound financial management and practices within the department;
- Manage silo administrative functions.
Requirements
- Grade 12;
- 4 Years Grain/Silo experience;
- Fumigation course completed;
- Graduating courses completed;
- Previous experience in effective supervision and/or management of personnel;
- Experience in managing budgets and costs;
- Valid driver's license.
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate;
- Strong administrative skills and organizational abilities;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership qualities;
- Good knowledge of the market and business environment;
- Business insight.
