Assistant Manager (Nursery)

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of an Assistant Manager (Nursery) in Nigeria.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Plantation Management, Agronomy, Forestry, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in oil palm nursery management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or higher role specifically in nursery operations
• Responsible for producing high-quality oil palm seedlings through effective nursery operations, resource optimization, cost control, team management, and HSE compliance, ensuring timely availability for plantation planting programmes
• Permanent role in Nigeria
