SUMMARY:
An intimate, hilltop luxury tented safari lodge in the Greater Kruger is seeking a warm and hands-on 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥 to join their close-knit team.

POSITION INFO:
This is a supervisory role for someone who leads through personality and care, in a family-style five-star lodge. You will support the daily running of the lodge and guide the team, while keeping the guest experience personal and genuine. Core Criteria: Warm, genuine personality with a natural, people-first approach (non-negotiable) Previous experience in a supervisory, assistant or junior management role in lodge or luxury hospitality Strong guest service and communication skills Ability to motivate and support a small team Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working hands-on across the operation Willingness to live on site in a remote bush environment and work a 6\/2 cycle Candidate Responsibilities: Support the lodge manager with day-to-day operations Supervise and guide front-of-house and operational staff Ensure a warm, seamless and personalised guest experience Maintain five-star service standards across the property Step in across departments where needed Assist with general administration and operational reporting Foster a positive, family-style team culture On Offer: Live-in position with accommodation provided Meals provided 6\/2 work cycle
