Asset Engineering Manager

SUMMARY:
An established organisation is seeking an experienced Asset Engineering Manager to provide strategic leadership across its facilities engineering, infrastructure and asset management functions. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, equipment reliability and the effective maintenance of critical engineering systems.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement asset management and maintenance strategies. Oversee plant equipment, facilities infrastructure and engineering systems. Drive preventative maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives. Manage engineering teams, maintenance operations and resources. Lead technical problem-solving and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and occupational health and safety requirements. Minimum Requirements Degree / National Diploma in Mechanical OR electrical Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) for Factories. Minimum 7 years' relevant engineering experience, including at least 5 years in engineering or facilities management. Strong experience with HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pumps and utilities. Knowledge of Building Management Systems, electrical systems and relevant engineering standards. Proven asset management, team leadership and maintenance planning experience. Building automation systems and negative-pressure ventilation experience.
