This role involves developing and maintaining existing customer relationships, planning daily activities, and organizing your schedule efficiently. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through prospecting, conducting needs analysis, and following up on customer queries, ensuring excellent after-sales service. Negotiating prices, re-signing and upgrading clients, and overseeing installations and surveys are also key parts of the role. Preparing commission sheets and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction are integral to maintaining the smooth running of the business. Candidates should have at least two years of sales experience in a similar environment and possess a Grade 12 qualification. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to plan and execute sales strategies are essential. Experience with price negotiations, customer relationship management, and after-sales service will set you apart. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from R260,000 to R300,000 (Cost to Company), with a full-time, on-site work arrangement.
