Architect

About the Role

• Our client is looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within a high-end residential environment. The successful candidate will work on exciting residential projects and contribute to innovative, high quality architectural designs.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' architectural experience.
• Qualified Architect or Candidate Architect registered with SACAP.
• Proficient in Archicad.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high end residential projects.
• Experience with Lumion will be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high end residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions.
