Our client is looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics team and play a key role in delivering high-impact reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties & Responsibilities Design and develop impactful Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations Build trusted semantic models and reporting datasets Develop and optimise SQL queries, data models, and analytical solutions Create and maintain PySpark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable business insights Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into data-driven solutions Support data quality, governance, and reporting best practices Essential Skills, Experience, Qualifications 4+ years' experience in Analytics Engineering Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, Semantic Models, and Dashboard Development Degree, diploma, or industry certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Strong SQL development skills Experience with Microsoft Fabric , Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and modern data platforms Hands-on experience with PySpark and Python Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Bonus Points For Experience with Delta Lake , DataOps, or CI/CD practices Knowledge of dimensional modelling (Kimball) Exposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, or machine learning Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance industries What Is In It For You?
