A reputable law firm in Mokopane (Potgietersrus) is looking for a motivated and driven Junior Litigation Attorney to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: LLB degree Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa 0–3 years' post-admission experience Previous litigation and deceased estates experience Strong drafting and legal research skills Experience with Magistrates' and\/or High Court matters advantageous Excellent communication and client-management skills Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's licence advantageous Key Responsibilities: Managing and progressing litigation matters, as well as deceased estates Drafting pleadings, notices, affidavits and correspondence Conducting legal research Attending to court matters and consultations Liaising with clients, counsel, opposing attorneys and other stakeholders Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring deadlines are met The ideal candidate will be professional, ambitious and eager to develop their litigation career within a supportive and established legal practice.
