Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management (Asset Management)

SALARY : R237 453 annum 

CENTRE : Wesfleur Hospital 

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and /or Senior Certificate with experience/competencies that focus on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post.
• Experience: Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically Asset Management, within an hospital environment.
• Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy. Good Numeracy skills. -Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised. Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) and the Accounting Officer’s System (AOS). Knowledge of the LOGIS and EPS systems. 

DUTIES :

• Maintain and Update the Asset Register. Procurement and Acquisition Management of Assets.
• Asset Verification, Reporting and Loss Control. Disposal Management. Administrative, Warehousing and Financial Support.
