SALARY NOTCH:

• R237 453.00 PA, plus benefits.

 Requirements: 

• Matric certificate or equivalent ·A recognized and relevant (NQF6) qualification in Financial Management or equivalent is recommended ·Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in financial management environment will be an added advantage ·Knowledge of financial functions, and practices ·Ability to capture data, and collate financial statistics ·Knowledge of the Public Service financial legislations, procedures, and treasury regulations (PFMA). ·Knowledge of financial operating systems. ·Good verbal and written communication skills ·Problem solving skills ·Ability to work in a team ·Ability to operate office equipment ·Ability to perform routine tasks ·Good Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) ·Good numeracy skills· Planning and organizing skills ·Ability to perform routine tasks· Good interpersonal relations.

Key Results Areas: 

• Render Financial Accounting transactions · Filing of all documents · Collection and verification of deposit slips · Perform bookkeeping services · Capture all financial transactions ·Clear suspense accounts ·Record debtors and creditors ·Render a budget support service   ·Attend to all student enquiries ·Monthly reconciliation of debtor's accounts against the sub ledger.
