POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Skills Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: Grade 12. National Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism - Duty Management/Activities. 8 years' experience in the activities/hospitality/industrial field/fitness industry. Computer literate in Ms Office, Word and Excel. Managerial experience. People management. Good customer care skills & good communication skills. Fit and Healthy. Adaptability to different working areas and conditions. Must be able to work flexible hours. Must have own accommodation & transport. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintain good relationship with guests/clients. Oversee and coordinate recreational, social, and entertainment programs for the organization. Take responsibility for the Skypark, activities, staff- and guest's safety. Plan, organize, direct and control the Skypark day to day running. Maintain day-to-day operations of Skypark, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders. Create reports on facility, repairs and other occurrences for management and other relevant stakeholders Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene processes and procedures are managed accordingly. Monitor that appropriate training needs are identified, and on-the-job-training is completed and signed by the relevant employees. Monitor and manage employee performance and ensure performance reviews are completed. This job specification outlines the main duties of the role and is not an exhaustive list.
