Our client is seeking a finance professional with strong accounting expertise and experience within the commercial property sector. The successful candidate will oversee key accounting processes, reporting requirements, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the finance and accounting function Prepare and review management accounts Manage monthly reporting processes Monitor budgets and cash flow Perform financial reconciliations Ensure compliance with financial controls Prepare financial reports for management Manage property-related financial administration Support strategic decision-making Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Experience: Minimum 5 years' accounting experience Minimum 2 years' experience within Commercial Property Strong financial reporting experience Experience managing accounting processes Experience with stakeholder engagement Skills: MDA (essential) Advanced Microsoft Excel Financial Reporting Budgeting Cash Flow Management Financial Controls Stakeholder Management Reconciliations Why Apply?
