Account Manager

SUMMARY:
Westville. An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, organised and proactive Account Manager to join this well-established Digital Marketing Agency.   We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships and has a natural ability to keep multiple projects, people and deadlines on track.  The ideal candidate will have a relevant Marketing, Business or Communications Degree, together with at least 2 years' experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within an agency environment.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for day-to-day communication, project updates and deliverables. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for creative and digital teams. Coordinate multiple projects, allocating tasks, managing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding tasks and proactively resolve challenges. Review creative and digital deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with client briefs. Manage client expectations, communicate project updates and coordinate feedback and revisions. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client satisfaction and grow existing accounts. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently and clients receive excellent service. Requirements: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, project coordination or a similar client-facing role, ideally within a marketing or digital agency. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to develop clear briefs, coordinate teams and maintain high standards of work. Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value to client accounts. Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, website projects and project management tools would be advantageous.
