At Core Group, we're looking for an Accessories Graduate to join our Buying team. This isn't your typical graduate opportunity — you'll get hands-on experience helping shape the accessories that end up in our stores, while learning from experienced Buyers behind some of the world's most loved technology brands.

What You'll Do

• You'll become part of our Accessories Buying team and get involved in the real work behind bringing products to market
• Help identify exciting new accessory trends and products our customers will love.
• Analyse sales performance and stock levels to support buying decisions.
• Keep product information, pricing, and supplier details accurate and up to date.
• Create reports and insights using Excel to support the team.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging technology trends.
• Assist with purchase orders and supplier communication.
• Work alongside Marketing, Planning, and Logistics to help launch new products.
• Contribute ideas during product reviews and help prepare presentations that influence what lands on our shelves.
• Collaborate with different teams, share ideas, and look for new ways to improve how we work.
• Learn directly from experienced Buyers through hands-on experience, guidance, and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with the right attitude as much as the right qualification.

• A completed degree in one of the following fields: BCom (Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, or Finance), Business Administration, Retail Business Management, Consumer Science (Retail/Fashion), or a related commerce qualification.
• You must have graduated within the last three years.
• A genuine passion for technology, gadgets, accessories, and retail.
• High energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get involved.
• Someone who enjoys working in a team, sharing ideas, and thinking outside the box.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in understanding sales trends and customer behaviour.
• Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis are an advantage).
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to ask questions, suggest ideas, and take initiative.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
