ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications within the GAIA ecosystem. Develop backend services, APIs and microservices using Python. Build modern Angular-based front-end solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers and business stakeholders to refine requirements. Translate business requirements into secure and maintainable technical solutions. Integrate AI capabilities and enterprise knowledge services into GAIA applications. Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews and engineering best practices. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives. Manage CI\/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Monitor production systems and resolve incidents. Contribute to platform architecture decisions and technical improvements. Document solutions according to compliance and quality standards. Support and mentor junior developers where appropriate. Continuously evaluate emerging AI and software engineering technologies for adoption within GAIA. QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum 4-6 years of professional software development experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with Python development. Minimum 2-3 years of Angular development experience. Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade cloud applications. Experience working in Agile software delivery environments. Experience with AWS-based solutions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of features from design to production. Experience in AI, GenAI or platform engineering environments is highly desirable.
