JLL has an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transport Manager. The Transport Manager will manage the provision of transportation solutions for the client’s employees to and from their place of work. Requirements
- Experience working within a transport provision
- Ability to work independently using own initiative, but also to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritize workload
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Able to demonstrate superior people management skills
- Strong communicator
- At a minimum have the training to “Skilled” level of Environment Health and Safety culture in transport operations
- Ability to work, interact and influence at all levels with vendors and in the organization, including executive level
- Experience in financial planning and administration
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an employee transportation strategy designed to promote safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation solutions
- Create accurate budgets and forecasts for transport solutions based on current and future requirements
- Display financial acumen and drive optimization to maintain efficiencies
- Assist in drafting communications to customers for the purpose of information sharing and education around transport services
- Be the main point of contact with the business in regard to transportation
- Managing parking and parking strategy
- Maintain and develop a strategy aligned to the client’s requirements across the region
- Contract and supplier management
- Develop and measure performance against robust service level agreements and key performance indicators
