We are looking for a hardworking, self-driven and enthusiastic individual to fill the Assistant Coordinator position at NOSA’s Witbank office. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) (a degree or diploma will be advantageous but not required)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in administrative work
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently fulfilling a variety of duties
- Ability to process large volumes of work
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse population
- Client service orientated
- Excellent people skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Administrator in liaising and coordinating administrative activities in the Witbank office
- Co-ordinate daily/weekly reports for the Regional Administrator’s submission to top management
- Establish good relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff
- Assist walk-in clients with course details, bookings, payments and confirmation of bookings
- Sign in students on the day of their course
- Resolve and log queries efficiently and within a professional timeframe to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor the issue of certificates, ensuring students sign for it. Date on relevant
