Requirements
- Tertiary Diploma qualification (preferably paralegal)
- Minimum 5 years Secretarial/Administrative experience
- SAP Experience would be an advantage
- Ability to communicate with people across all levels is essential / Fluent English (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure is required
- Strong systems proficiency in MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Programs
Responsibilities
- Support with everyday commercial tasks (e.g. document deliveries, the printing of documents, drafting of basic letters, compiling information etc.)
- Ensure that service providers follow internal BASF payment processes (P2P), keep P2P process documents updated, and follow up with internal stakeholders for their input in the payment process; handle purchase requisition (PR) process and purchase order (PO) process for Finance and Legal
- Collate, store, and report on information related to insurance policies
- Store and manage contracts and facilitate contract management processes
- Task management- i.e. follow up on and manage various tasks
- Co-ordination of all departmental meetings for Finance and Legal
